Rollout of a new digital Standard

The new ESA app will bring together all known services of the individual companies, brands and product ranges with a variety of additional applications. This means more transparency and additional process control for you.

Automated Lane Turning

With the BACKHUS CON 60, CON 80 and CON 100, we are launching a new generation of lane turners onto the market. The most important change: the machines turn the lanes automatically and therefore no longer have a cabin.

Continuous Dry Fermentation

From now on, BEKON will not only offer you a discontinuous dry fermentation process in batch operation, but also a continuous one in plug flow operation. We are now the only plant engineering company with both processes.

New stationary Shredders

With the ARCTOS BM 36 and OM 66, we are now offering two new stationary single shaft shredders. The ARCTOS BM 36 with its 40 rotor tools is perfect for the treatment of biomass. The ARTCOS OM 66, on the other hand, is a universal shredder designed for heavy-duty applications such as municipal solid waste.

Upgrades to various Mobile Machines

A lot has changed in our mobile machine range in recent months: A modern generation of TERRA SELECT trommel screen machines has been launched with the new T 60 chain version, the AIRFIX V 60 has been relaunched and the BACKHUS A 45 to 75 compost turners have received extensive upgrades. In addition, there is now even an optional screen basket system for the FORUS F 38 Shredder. We will be happy to give you an overview of all the many innovations at our stand.

Improved Solutions for Plastics Recycling

We are a sought-after partner for the construction of modern sorting plants for plastics through our Eggersmann Anlagenbau – we have just completed the largest sorting plant for mixed plastics in Denmark and have also secured the order for the largest plant in Europe. BRT HARTNER will be presenting various key machines – such as bale dewiring machines or bunkers for film flakes – for plastics processing at IFAT. These can also be perfectly combined into system solutions.
